And so, we decided to compile a list of frequently asked questions with a view to easing the whole process. It is our plan to add to this list where necessary. Yes, we acknowledge all postal receipts within 24 hours of the receipt of the same at our office.
The period of our response generally varies from 24 hours to 48 hours.
The review period varies from a week to one month (Maximum two months in extra ordinary circumstances) and we intimate the review report of acceptance/acceptance with modification/rejection to the author’s concerned on the same day of the receipt of the same.
In case, you have not received review report from the journal, within two months of the receipt of your manuscript by the journal, you may raise the query about the status of your manuscript.
Yes, we dispatch separate Publication Certificate for each author, who are living in India.
Anybody can submit his/her manuscript anytime to our journal in M.S. Word Format on our mail editor@indianresearchjournal.com, after preparing the same as per our submission guidelines duly available on our website under the heading guidelines for submission.
No, we do not consider the manuscripts received in the pdf. Format, because the same cannot be sent for blind review easily.

No, we do not consider the Abstracts, because the same cannot be evaluated as a full manuscript, hence the author/authors is/are required to send the full manuscript.

We accept the queries with respect to the pending manuscript, only after the two months of the submission of the same and need the following information’s from the author’s concerned: 1. Date of Submission 2. Full Details of the Title 3. Full Details of the Author 4. Email on which the manuscript was sent 5. Mail ID through which manuscript was sent
: We place the manuscripts in the publication list for publication on first come first publish basis after completion of all the formalities by the author concerned.
Generally we place the manuscripts in the publication list for publication on first come first publish basis, however in case of extraordinary circumstances, where the matter of great urgency is involved, a manuscript can be scheduled for immediate publication, on the payment of applicable Urgency Fee along with the request letter containing the reasons for the same.
No, we will not go ahead with the publication of any of the manuscript of author concerned, till the time he/she completes the formalities w.r.t. his/her all manuscripts accepted/accepted with modification by us. In case, an author is not interested in the publication of any of his/her manuscript, he/she is required to withdraw the same after making the payment of applicable fee on the same meant for the publication, because this amount covers the cost of processing of a manuscript, which is already consumed, before the acceptance of any of the manuscript, even if the same is accepted with modification.
Yes, an author can submit any number of manuscripts, however the re-submission of an already submitted manuscript (i.e. submission of same manuscript again and again) will invite the extra costs, equivalent to the fresh submitted manuscript.
No, in such cases he/she is required to raise a query for the confirmation of his/her submission to the journal, because the re-submission will initiate the independent review on the same, leading to the wastage of resources journal, which will be ultimately charged from the author concerned.
Yes, he/she can withdraw the same after making the payment of applicable publication fee, before the actual publication of the manuscript.
Yes, he/she an author can modify the manuscript after acceptance, subject to the payment of additional fee equivalent to the Publication Fee applicable on the New Manuscripts, even, if the changes are minor in nature.

Indian Research Journal publishes manuscripts on monthly basis.
All papers are subject to copy-editing after acceptance to ensure that articles conform to journal style etc.
We require proof corrections to be returned within 24 hours of issue of mail by the journal.
We issue the sample copy of journal to the author concerned before the actual publication, so that he/she can go through the manuscript word by word, preferably after taking the print out of the title page and the manuscript authored by him/her, because the issue may contain some editorial modifications/corrections/additions or deletions. It is needless to mention here that the purpose is to ensure that the actual publication is in accordance with his/her original submission to the journal.
The author is not expected to request for the changes, which are not available in his/her original submission, however in extraordinary circumstances, he/she can avail this facility, subject to the payment of additional charges equivalent to the fresh submitted manuscript, however very minor improvement in the original submission at one place can be charged @ INR. 650/-
Corresponding authors will be intimated through email, for their online papers once they are published.
